* PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

EPM Suite on HANA, 140 people, global. You will be part of the UX team in Seoul and co-work with UX teams all around the world. With our team, we practice a trust-based working model. If you need to work flexibly from another location or at another time you can do so given your manager’s agreement.

1. User experience design associate/specialist

1) EXPECTATIONS / TASKS

: Visual design: build high fidelity screen design mockups for UI specifications and demos

: Information architecture: work with customers and develop to build concepts for innovative software products

: Design thinking: we follow the design thinking principles and work closely with end users and customers

2) QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

l Required skills

n Passionate visual designer and information architect

n Excellent communication skills in English and collaborative attitude

n Profound knowledge of Adobe software like photoshop and illustrator

n Prove and track record as graphic designer in various projects (print, web, video and software)

n Good visual skills and ability to develop wireframes also in high-fidelity mockups

n Bachelor or Master’s degree in media or design studies

l Preferred skills

n Knowledge in icon design and typography is a plus

n Basic knowledge in UI development (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and SQL)

3) WORK EXPERIENCE

: 0-3 years’ experience as graphic designer/UX designer
