1. Introduction
Sunghyun Cho (Fig. 1) is currently a Ph.D candidate, who is studying in the Computer Graphics lab. at POSTECH. His academic advisor is Prof. Seungyong Lee. His research interest includes image/video processing, image restoration, etc. Table 1 shows his education and career.

3. Other Projects
This section introduces some research/development projects that Sunghyun Cho has done.
3.1. Development of a 3D game engine for mobile environments

This project was conducted by POSTECH Computer Graphics Lab. and Sinjisoft to make a C++ based 3D game engine for mobile environments such as cell phones (Fig. 2). The developed game engine fully supports JSR-184 spec. He participated in this project from Sept. 2005 to Feb. 2006. He mainly implemented the animation related parts of the engine and an exporter plugin for 3DS Max.
3.2. Oriental Painterly Rendering

He studied this subject in the CS499 undergraduate research course in 2004. In this project, he made an algorithm that produces an oriental black ink drawing from a picture (Fig. 3).
